📝 Return Window:
Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
📦 Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase required
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)
💳 Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
🛑 Non-Returnable Items:
Used essential oils or opened aroma products cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.
